Skills Development Questions

We offer our services to small, medium, and large employers across all sectors including NGO’s, NPO’s and CBO’s. The company boasts with professional skills development advisory services, specializing in SMME capacitation and SETA project management.

The business should Identify the sector in which they operate in. Every sector has been allocated a SETA according to their specific sectors which are in line with the Standard Industry Classification code (SIC) that best describes the nature of the business.

You can claim for your mandatory grants by submitting your WSP/ATR by the 30th of April every year and you can apply for the discretionary grant s through an open funding window by the SETA.

The mandatory grant is supposed to be used to train employees in the workplace and it is recommended that you keep your attendance registers as proof of training which will feed into your ATR reporting for the following year.
