With more than 17 years’ experience in skills development advisory services in the banking and microfinance/alternative banking sector and food and beverages manufacturing industry, I'm able to operate comfortably in both the public and private sector through my collaborative approach. I have occupied various roles throughout my career, where for the past 2 years I have been consulting independently focusing on strategic partnerships and skills development.

My area of speciality is advising, designing and implementing skills development interventions, programmes and solutions that meets the employer’s capacity and capability needs, whilst also complying with relevant skills regulations and ultimately allowing employers to benefit from skills incentives that are being made available.
